Week 2

Hey everyone! This week, I decided to get a head start on Empowerment Technologies and dive into the world of ICT. Basically, it's all about how we send, save, and share data using tech – pretty much everything we do online! I was very invested about learning about how the web has evolved: from the old-school read-only days (Web 1.0) to the interactive world we live in now (Web 2.0), and the future with the smarter "semantic web" (Web 3.0).


There are so many cool trends happening, like how all our tech is merging together (convergence), the power of social media, how smartphones can do everything, tech that helps people with impairments, and storing stuff in the cloud. Of course, staying safe and ethical online is a must, and I'm also brushing up on my research skills.

Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! This week, I'm talking about Aralinks Coding Education, or ACE for short. We had our orientation this past Friday, August 29, 2025. During the orientation, our ACE facilitators explained what ACE is all about and the kinds of activities we might create through coding. It's pretty exciting because, even though coding can be challenging and a long process, it's also really fun to think about creating our own app! The orientation covered how ACE works, the app we'll potentially use for our activities, and examples of projects from previous students to give us some ideas. That's basically it! Week 12

 Hello everyone, welcome to another blog!  Today I'm gonna share what we did in class. App Proposal Presentation 🚀 We presented our app proposal! Ms. Faith and some sirs from "ACE" supervised us. They gave us  ideas to make the app easier to use and more manageable. Key points from the presentation: - Details and plans of the app - Ideas and help from Ms. Faith and the ACE sirs After our presentation, we watched the other groups present theirs. Then, we started working on the basic functions of our app. It was a productive day! ✨
